Of the others, not all are ruled by Mages, thanks to the Great Purge, but their children are learning the ways of magic and the next generation will see the mage-lords as true Mages.
Over the last two decades, Elves and Annarri have started to leave their homelands and interact more and more with humans. There has even been talk of re-opening old trade routes between the Elven and Human lands.
